A Picture Is Worth 1,000 Words!

An important aspect of The Interview Process is making sure our candidates have a clear understand of four (4) crucial concepts:

1. What we do.
2. How we do things.
3. Why we do things the way we do them.
4. What it takes to succeed on the FastTrack.

The best way to communicate these concepts is by "painting pictures" for our candidates. In general, the deeper a candidate is in The Interview Process, the more pictures we paint for them. At the later stages of the process, we paint more pictures and the pictures become more elaborate.

The examples below are intended to provide you with an outline of the most common pictures we paint throughout The Interview Process. These examples are by no means all inclusive and, as always, should not be memorized or read word-for-word. The best way to communicate with your candidates is to learn the concepts (through study & repetition), embed these images in your minds eye (through more study & repetition), and then simply tell a story/paint a picture in a natural, conversational tone (through even more study & repetition).

When answering your candidate's questions, it's always a good idea to begin with "That's a (or another) good/great/excellent question, _______!", but only when someone asks you an intelligent question. Prefacing your answer this way accomplishes two things:

  • It complements your candidate for doing their due diligence and asking thought provoking questions.
  • It gives you an opportunity to think and formulate your answer.

Vending Machine - Local Mall (Offering choices)

Let's say you owned a vending machine at the local mall, with 1,000s of people walking by it every month. And let's say that your favorite soft drink was Coca Cola. Would you fill all 8 slots of your vending machine with Coke? Of course not, even if Coke was the dominant product in the local market, you would be eliminating the lion's share of your target audience - the people who are interested in 7-Up, or Root Beer, or energy drinks, or bottled water, or fruit juice, or whatever appeals to them. The same is true with your Internet Vending Machine, the more choices you offer, regardless of whether they're your personal favorite or not, the more likely you are to generate higher sales and revenue. The only question should be whether those products, services or tools appeal to your target audience.

Two Funnels (Part Science, Part Art) (How It Works)

The best way to grasp how the system works is to think back to the two funnels from the How It Works section of the site. One funnel is absolutely HUGE and represents the "Science" or "High Tech" components of the system. Directly below that funnel is a much smaller funnel that represents the "Art" or "High Touch" aspect of the system.

Even though we have a fantastic system that does more than 99% of the work for us, we still have a very important role to play. Our job is to get the ball rolling by driving traffic to our Internet Vending Machine, or filling the top funnel with suspects. There are literally 100's of ways to drive traffic, but most of our FastTrack PRO members use our proprietary automated Reverse Marketing System. Once we fill the top funnel with targeted suspects (they are suspects because we have no idea if they are interested or not), the system takes over and acts like a giant paddle, stirring those leads by doing all of the contacting & inviting, sifting & sorting, presenting, selling, closing, follow-up and even handling all of the rejection. What happens over time is some of the suspects express an interest and become prospects, a smaller segment of the prospects become qualified prospects, and ultimately some of the qualified prospects join your business and drip out of the top funnel as automatic enrollments. Cinema 72 (Residual Income)

With 24/7 FastTrack, our focus is building your existing primary business and creating residual income simultaneously. You remember the two funnels (part Science, part Art) and Cinema 72, right? Here's how it works ... we use our "High Tech" automated sponsoring tools to generate an average of 120-240 automatic enrollments a year and then we use this same "High Touch" interview process to choose your core leadership team or, as we like to call it, your Board of Directors.

The Apartment Complex (Potential Return On Investment)

We understand exactly what you're saying, __________, and don't want to minimize the investment in any way. Let me ask you this question, though. Let's say there was an apartment complex that had 73 units/apartments on 3 floors. The first floor contained 60 apartments, the second floor had 12, and the top floor had one apartment. Each of these apartments is currently empty and rents for about $600 a month.

If someone came to you and offered you the apartment complex under the following terms, think about whether you would take it. You could immediately move into the top floor apartment for just $600/month, but you had to go to work renting the 12 second floor units. Once you rented 4 of the 12 second floor units, you didn't have to pay any more rent. Once you rent all 12 (under the same conditions as your deal), your job is to assist those 12 tenants in renting the 60 first floor apartments. Once the entire complex is filled, you will earn rental income of over $91,000 a year.
