Three Secrets To Success

There are Three Secrets in network marketing, that once mastered, will make you much more likely to create success in your business than failure. They aren't secrets because we have not heard of them before ... they are secrets because most network marketers don't understand the meaning behind the principles.. Those who successfully employ these 3 secrets will almost certainly climb to the top of their organization  ... and eventually to the top of the MLM Industry.

Ok.... so what are these 3 mysterious secrets?

1) Leverage

If you have been in business or have ever read books or articles on building a business, you have surely heard this before. But most people don't truly understand why leverage is vital to their success: Leveraging time is the single greatest secret of the wealthy. They understand that if you leverage your time, you can then create an army doing the job that normally one person would do by himself/herself … creating greater results. 

You absolutely must leverage your time and income to create wealth. Does this mean that you don't have to work hard yourself?  Of course not. The bottom line is, you must work your tail off to be successful in any business.  However, having 25 others working towards building your business (as a natural by-product of building their business) is the most powerful form of leverage there is. All corporations leverage other people's efforts, and then combine all the employees efforts to create a business!

Network Marketing does the same thing. It allows you to build a team and leverage their time and effort - combined with yours - to build a rock solid, profitable business.

Understand, there can be NO wealth of any kind if there is no leverage. The wealthy leverage effort, time, money, and/or people. Network Marketing allows you to leverage all four.


2) Duplication

How many times have you heard this, "You gotta DUPLICATE!"

The misconception for most networkers when they hear "duplicate" is that they have to duplicate people.  Yes, you must build a team of hard working network marketing distributors, but that principle applies in secret #3.  So, what exactly do you duplicate in Network Marketing? The answer is actually quite simple. You duplicate TASKS, and then form them into a PROCESS, which ultimately becomes a step-by-step Blueprint For Success.  

You cannot duplicate people and personalities. But you CAN and MUST duplicate the tasks that are necessary to create the results in Network Marketing.

The tasks can be as simple as placing ads, driving traffic to websites, interviewing prospective members, handing out business cards or drop cards, using autoresponders, etc. The ideal strategy is to plug into a system already in place.  One that allows you to use proven techniques, rather than having to re-invent the wheel. Regardless of how you go about it, the key is NEVER do anything that is not 100% duplicable.  In other words, if you are doing something that the next person cannot duplicate, stop doing it!


3) Multiplication

This is the secret that not only do we hear the least amount about, but that most networkers rarely understand. Duplication creates paychecks. Multiplication creates wealth!

Here's the big question, "What do you multiply?" 

LEADERSHIP. You MUST multiply leaders in your organization! Then they must multiply the duplication process, and in turn, the results of your team multiplies. 

Network marketing is truly about MULTIPLICATION, not just duplication. That is why most people fail in Network Marketing. They focus on Duplication, but never Multiplication. You MUST multiply leaders AND leadership in your group. If you don't, your business will never create the power and foundation that creates and sustains wealth. 

So, how do you multiply leaders on your team?  The answer is so simple, you will probably have an "A Ha!" moment when you read it.  You MUST interview people for your business, rather than selling them into the program.  Stop trying to sell, convince and persuade people into joining your business by telling them how great it is, how easy it is and how much money the leaders make.  

Instead, educate them on your business by giving them a series of homework assignments.  People who complete the homework assignments, will not only become educated on what your business is all about, but also prove they are capable of doing what they say they will do.  Then, once they understand what the business is all about, let them know how hard they will have to work, how long it will take, how much marketing dollars they will have to invest and how much time they will have to put into the business to be successful.  At the end of the interview process, you will scare off the wrong people (Yeeha!) and ultimately be left with the LEADERS who are willing to do the things that are necessary to create a six figure income in network marketing.

The interview process is also a series of tasks that can be duplicated by all of the leaders in your organization.  This leads to more leaders which leads to more leaders which leads to more leaders ... I think you get the picture!

If you multiply leadership on your team, and duplicate tasks and processes by leveraging your time & effort, you will have discovered the True Secrets of Success in Network Marketing.
