the 24/7 Interview calls by yourself.
Make arrangements to call with a team member (sponsor, team leader, running mate, friend) who has a "success story" to share. It is crucial that the calls be made as 3-ways for 4 important reasons:
1)
Your candidates will see that there is a fantastic support system in place that will be available to them and their team. It is a good idea to mention the support system in your Interview Calls.
2)
Calling with someone else lends third party credibility to the information you are sharing with your candidates. Your message will carry 10 times the weight if your candidates hears it from you and a third party.
3)
Sharing a strong success story will get the attention of your new member.
4)
Your team will duplicate what you do! If you make the calls without a 3-way, your team will do the same thing and not everyone is as strong as you are. Most people who do not 3-way will not be successful at enrolling new 24/7 members. And even if you do, you will not experience the duplication that you need!!!
First ... Send
a Welcome Email to your new team member ASAP! The sooner you send
a Welcome Email, the more likely your new team member is to go to work.
Then ... Call Your New Team Member
right away. Make this Interview Call with your sponsor, team leader, running mate, or friend who has a "success story" to share. Use the following outline ... if you prefer, put it in your own words. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T READ THIS SCRIPT TO YOUR MEMBER!
If you think that you sound like you are reading from a script, make index cards with the main topics of the Interview Call and "key words" to jog your memory. Work from the index cards when making your calls.
This first call should only last 5-10 minutes. If it is longer, you are saying too much over the phone.
Important:
We have what everybody wants and needs
... some people just don't realize it yet. Our job is to
choose the
"right people" who share our vision and work ethic and are willing to make the necessary commitment ... our 10 member board of directors. Once you choose the right people, you are in for a fun, productive and wild ride!
Remember
... We are not selling anything, we are interviewing! We have a system and a business that everybody needs ... whether they recognize it or not! We are willing to teach this system to those who are willing to make a commitment ... and only to those people. Do not try to convince anyone. Either they see it or they don't. If you push them into the business you will end up wasting your valuable time trying to push them to work the business. It will be like trying to push a chain. It is a waste of time! There are plenty of people out there with the vision, desire, and the wherewithal to join your business. The system will find them if you follow the system to the letter!
Lastly ... Every New Candidate Will Not
Be Right For 24/7.
We are looking
for the select few who see it and possess the
qualities we're looking for in our partners. Don't be discouraged if the first 10,
20, or 40 aren't the right people and don't see it. Over the course of
a year, the system will find a few who do see it. As long as you
interview everyone and add them to the training
campaign, you will ultimately find your
four 24/7 members and your system will be FREE.
Work hard, be persistent, and be patient.
It will happen for you!
