These
calls are a major part of the most powerful sponsoring tools available. When your prospective members hear from others who have personally sponsored 25, 50, 100, even 250 new members in a few months, they will be calling you to find out how to join your business. Invite all of your new team members to tune in to this call. After you have created your first month's story, invite your friends, family and associates to listen in. This is the most important event to build for each week.

Step 1.
Add your new Personally Sponsored member
to the
Welcome Campaign.
Step 2.
Call All Personally Sponsored team members on Tuesday afternoon to remind them about the
FastTrack Training Call. Encourage them to be on the calls each week with or without guests. Stress the importance of the
call and tell them what it has meant for your business. Let them know that they will hear from other team members and their experiences with 24/7. Ask each member to introduce themselves on the
call so that they will feel like part of the family.
Note:
You will probably get a lot of answering machines. This is a good thing... it will save you a whole bunch of time. Leave a short reminder message about the
call and move on to the next one. Better yet, use your
voice broadcasting to send the message to your whole list
in a just a few minutes!
Step 3. Forward All Email Announcements to your personally sponsored members and other team leaders. Ask them to forward the announcements on to their team. This is known as viral marketing and the word will get out to 1000s of people in a hurry.
Step 4. Promote The
Calls with each and every one of your
candidates. Do this over the phone and via email. Tell them how exciting the call is and let them know that they will be hearing from ordinary people just like them.
